Ordering

Ordering on line is fast and easy, simply add the product you require to your on-line shopping basket then select the quantity you require.

Payments

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards via our secure payment services or if you prefer you can send a cheque made payable to Wight Light Supplies with your name and address on the back of the cheque.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs for goods are as follows:

Free Standard Delivery to UK Mainland on all orders over £100.00 ex.V.A.T         

£3.95 carriage charge on all orders under £100.00

All goods will be dispatched to you on the same day on all orders recieved by 2pm, subject to stock availability. You will be contacted if there are any problems regarding stock.

Damages in Transit

All goods will be well packaged and sealed with fragile tape, Please contact us if any goods arrive damaged in transit within two working days.

Returns or Credits

All returns must have authorisation from us, any error on our part will be corrected at our expense.

Passing of Property

All goods remain the property of Wight Light Supplies until paid for in full.
